Welcome to 50mhz.org, my little corner of the web as you will probably have gathered I am a licensed Amateur Radio operator, if that means nothing to you then you have probably stumbled across this site by accident, have a look around, you never know you may even find it interesting
The site is here purely to give you information about my amateur radio activities, where I have operated from and callsigns I have used, it may appear to have a 50mhz bias, the reason for this is that 6m is my favourite band closely followed by 10m
I am an early member of the UKSMG No 296 and also a member of SMIRK No 5531, I can be found most days (work permitting) monitoring 50.110mhz or on the ON4KST chat pages where most of the 6m diehards hang out during periods of no propagation

After 3 years of being restricted to listening only on 6m in EA land the Authorities have released the band to holders of CEPT licenses, this is fantastic news and at long last im back on 6m QSL info: If you need a QSL from me, please qsl via my G call, either via the G buro or via my address on QRZ.com A little bit late but time has been a rare commodity lately, I intend to keep a blog of my on air activities, you can see the details on the blog link on the menu, it will of course be almost entirely 6m orientated for the present time :-) |
